CarVault of Chantilly

I contacted this dealership August 17th about a RAV4 they have for sale. I told Frank I wanted to trade my vehicle in towards it and asked if I could get an estimate on the trade in. They requested I send in have for sale. I told Frank I wanted to trade my vehicle in towards it and asked if I could get an estimate on the trade in. They requested I send in pictures and vin which I did immediately. I received a responses saying “thank you for the pics i'll get with my used car manager and get back to you.” Wednesday morning comes and I said “Hey haven’t heard anything from you guys.” No response. Today Saturday August 22nd I received an automated message which I didn’t realize was automated until after I responded and then I’m assuming Frank took over after I responded. I was frustrated because it felt like I had to be on them just to see what the trade in would be. Frank took it upon himself to tell me to F*xx off! I hope this dealership gets shut down. My thing is if you see a customer is frustrated with the treatment they received, you would try to make it right. More
