Car Vision is proud to be independently owned & operated by the Husband & Wife team, Cafiero. Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

I’ve witnessed young women subjected to advances from their old white manager and was told in discretion he takes the girls on private lunch dates and to his house for pool parties to drink alcohol “One their old white manager and was told in discretion he takes the girls on private lunch dates and to his house for pool parties to drink alcohol “One young lady cried because she was afraid for her job and quit because how he would make these passes even told her she could not be a Muslim and forced her to go to his church or threatened to write her up He made the one girl shower at his house when his wife wasn’t present she said no he fired her . This sales manager name Alex jones HR was notify did nothing Rakesh another sale manager The one girl quit because the manager made her give him oral sex in the building. HR was notify and they did nothing again . Keith penny - he will make your shift a nightmare to cover up for the other manager he will rewrite you up for drinking to much water all to cover what the other are doing and always Preach the word of god More

CarVision of Trooper is hands down one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever dealt with. They false advertised a Ford F-150 as available. I called ahead and specifically asked if the truck w car-buying experiences I’ve ever dealt with. They false advertised a Ford F-150 as available. I called ahead and specifically asked if the truck was still for sale. I was explicitly assured that it was available and that I should come in. Based on that confirmation, I drove TWO HOURS to get there. While I was already on the road, they called me and said “we forgot to tell you someone put a deposit down.” That’s not a small oversight — that’s complete incompetence and disrespect for a customer’s time. Customer service was terrible from start to finish. No accountability. No real apology. Just excuses. If a vehicle has a deposit on it, it should not be advertised as available, and customers should not be encouraged to drive hours under false pretenses. This dealership clearly does not communicate internally, does not value customers’ time, and cannot be trusted to give accurate information. If this is how they handle something as basic as availability, I can only imagine how bad the experience would be once paperwork and money are involved. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. More
