I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. Everything about this dealership has been a nightmare and I hope I can help save someone else the headache. I made an appointment for 3pm, as I was driving to PA from NY, and it was still 8:30pm when I finally left because the sales rep would leave me to help someone else. I had to get up to find someone else to come help me, just for them to leave and I would have to do it all over again. I was signing the paperwork to buy a vehicle from them - wouldn’t you make the customer buying a vehicle a priority?? Then, after purchasing the vehicle, it took over three months for them to get the registration and plates taken care of, HOWEVER, the temporary plate they gave me was only good for 60 days. Even though I called multiple times asking if I could get a new temporary so I could actually drive my new vehicle (legally), they refused. I have been trying to call the dealership for three weeks now looking to speak with a manager about my experience and I keep getting told “the manager isn’t available, but I’ll pass your information along and they will call you back.” No one has called me.. Worst. Dealership. Ever. More
