Unhappy Purchased a used vehicle in June 2017. It has already been back 2x's for repairs check engine light on so in January service dept had my car for a wee Purchased a used vehicle in June 2017. Got car back drove it for less then 2 weeks check engine light back on again. Back to the dealership it goes for second time for over a week again. Our plans changed and we ended up stopping by the same day. I called in advance to see if it would be ok. When we got there she was working with someone but had the car ready and we got a chance to take an in depth look at the car and test drive it. She answered questions we had about the car and the process for purchasing a vehicle. We made the decision to purchase the car and the rest of the process went smoothly. We weren't haggled or harassed just offered an extended warranty and we paid exactly what was listed online (with the additional taxes and tags fees).
