I explained my dilemma, my credit, and the amont I was willing to put down. In less than 30 minuets I was called with the green light to come sign for my new car. Amazing! You can imagine my excitement when I heard the news. On the day my insurance rental was to return, all my prayers have been answered on what to do next. Reviews should be genuine, not requested. And basically asking for more money is unprofessional, this is coming from a business owner myself. Along with that, there was a couple in there after us who left before us and bought a car themselves. We were there from 530pm until 845pm, 45 minutes after they close. They have 1 finance office and at least 10 Salesperson desks. That is a HUGE bottleneck that needs to be fixed to increase efficiency. Finally, from the beginning I said I didn't want to buy a warranty. When we went into the finance office to sign all the papers after they had closed, they had added a $2,000 warranty. I said I didn't want that. The sales person sighed and said "I'm gonna have to print all these out again", my response was "go ahead". Whether that was an honest accident or a sly way to sucker more money out of us I will never know, it was just odd to me. Other than those problems, the dealership was fine. More
