Car Vision is proud to be independently owned & operated by the Husband & Wife team, Cafiero. Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

No Hassle? BIG HASSLE I don't know whether this is a case of poor management, incompetence or maybe bait and switch. I saw a vehicle online and called to see if it was ava I don't know whether this is a case of poor management, incompetence or maybe bait and switch. I saw a vehicle online and called to see if it was available. The salesman said that they sell cars so quickly that the website is not always up to date but he said he would find the car and call me back. He did and said that the car was still available. I told him that I would be there within the hour to see it. I loaded my disabled wife into our car and drove 45 minutes. The sales person who was supposed to show us the car was busy with another customer so he said that he would have another salesperson help us. After sitting in the showroom for about 20 minutes a salesperson showed up and said that he would bring the car up. He came back after a few minutes and said that the car was sold YESTERDAY! When I started to leave he said he would talk to the manager to see if we could work something out. BAD VIBES HERE! It's unfortunate because I was prepared to drive home in that car. If a POTENTIAL customer receives that kind of treatment, what happens after they have your money? More

CJ was great CJ was very helpful and personable. He ran around and showed us a bunch of cars on the hottest day of the year. Prices are reasonable. The only thing CJ was very helpful and personable. The only thing that was negative was prior to purchasing my car I had asked that this small black piece of plastic (nonfactory) be removed from the dash. It wasn't done and it wasn't acknowledged as to why prior to leaving. At that point we had been there for six hours and I couldn't wait for it to be done. More

Disappointing service and followup After the paperwork was all signed, I was informed that there wasn't a second key and I was on my own to obtain one. I subsequently went through a used car check, and my car which had less than 20,000 miles and only two years old, needs a battery. I was given a follow up email where I could voice my concerns with a Tom Snader which I did, but there has been no response from him or anyone else. This is a second rate organization. Buyers be careful! More
