I would give them zero starts if I could. We had a great first experience with these guys they took care of us very well and our car still runs great but then we made the mistake in putting We had a great first experience with these guys they took care of us very well and our car still runs great but then we made the mistake in putting our trust in them for our next vehicle and the experience has been the complete opposite. We just bought a 2019 Hyundai Sante Fe from them and have barely drove the car it only has 55,000 miles on it and the car completely died got it towed and found out that the car we just bought from them needs a whole new engine so now I have to try to come up with 8,600 to cover the cost of a new engine for a car I just bought and I have only made one payment on and they will not help us out at all so do no go to CarWise they say they care about their customers but they do not care at all the only thing they care about is making a sale and taking advantage of people so please avoid CarWise if you can you will thank me later I promise! More
