After thoroughly searching Internet sites for a used vehicle that had the right blend of features within our budget, we decided to visit CarZone. We decided on a vehicle on our first visit due to the confidence we felt with the various staff members. When we closed the deal, we met Jay, the Owner, who thanked us for our purchase and conveyed that CarZone builds relationships and stands behind their vehicles. Due to budget constraints on our purchase, we opted to waive the extended warranty plan, which was reasonably priced. After a year and over 20,000 miles later, we had an unfortunate engine failure. We shopped around at several local automotive shops (including the local shop that we've used for many years), all of which were much more than we were willing to spend. We called Jay to discuss our unfortunate situation. Without hesitation and blame, Jay was very supportive and offered a huge discount on the engine replacement. Although I stated the cost estimates from other shops, CarZone's cost was less than half the cost of others. The very professional and knowledgable service staff managed by Sam completed the work when promised. Bottom Line: CarZone sells used cars at a price that coincides with private party sales, but with the support and backing of a highly reputable and respected dealership that truly cares about their clients. We highly recommend CarZone to anyone in the market to purchase a used car!!! If you are like us and located relatively far away, CarZone is well worth the drive. More
