In the past, this dealership had A1 service with fixing my vehicle. This time around is horrible. My truck has been sitting nearly a month and they can’t get me a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to wo my vehicle. This time around is horrible. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this place and all of a sudden, the service has went up in smoke. The manager kept saying to me “If I have one I would give you one.” It’s been a WHOlE month and not one loaner vehicle is available. Unbelievable!!!! More

Purchased a used 2019 Buick Encore on 10/31/22 Guess with it being Halloween I should have known I'd get tricked. Inspected car in the rain and missed curb rash on the right front wheel. Someone at the dealership should have seen it and with full disclosure pointed out the slight damage or better yet, repaired it before it was delivered. Now I know why I had to sign an acknowledgement they owed me nothing more since it was used. Our salesman Michael B. was excellent and accommodating. My issue is with the used car department. Guess this dealership's motto is "buyer beware". More
