Not only was the cardinal honda team the more competitive pricing, they were also extremely helpful. Peter (the sales rep that helped me) went through all my options and answered all my questions regarding leasing versus buying a vehicle. The team even crunched all the numbers for me so I had a price point in mind when making my decision. I ended up leasing the 2014 honda civic, so far so good! I'd never buy a car anywhere else This is the third time I have bought a car from Cardinal Honda and I seriously would never buy a car anywhere else. Since this is my 3rd Honda in 9 years, it's obvious that I apprecate the quality and performance of Hondas. However, although there are several Honda dealerships closer to where i live and work, after my first visit,, I knew Cardinal Honda of Groton had gained a customer for life. I originally selected Cardinal Honda because of their advertised "clear and simple, haggle free, no negotiating policy." It truly is clear and simple! I never have to wonder if I could have gotten a better deal with a different salesperson or if I had negotiated a bit better. As a woman purchasing a car on my own, it is reassuring to know that I was not overcharged because of an assumption that i may not know as much about cars as a man. Beyond that, every person with whome I have dealt in both the sales and service departments has been helpful, considerate and eager to be of service. Today as I left Cardinal Honda in my newly purchased car I could not have been happier with the help I received from Dan in selecting the perfect car for my current needs or from the thorough and well explained financial arrangements provided by Matt.
