When I requested a transparent Out-The-Door (OTD) breakdown for the vehicle—which is listed on their website for $18,497—Kendra told me to "come to my senses" regarding my $22,000 cash budget. Think about that math: I offered $3,500 ABOVE the advertised price in cash, and was told I was being unrealistic. I escalated this to the Sales Manager, Tre Haliburton, who confirmed that they would not "accommodate" a $22,000 cash deal because of their hidden "dealer installed items" and "reconditioning" fees. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation. They lure you in with a low price online, then insult you when you refuse to pay thousands in junk fees.
