I needed to find a service center that did quality work with honesty and integrity. CardinaleWay Acura is that dealership. I especially like that they provide a quick video of any issues spotted during service. Spotted all the problems that Findley created. No pressure to repair. Quoted pricing good for a year, unlike other places 30 day quote. Even changed out my stock wheel lug nut locks with standard lug nuts. More

When I requested a transparent Out-The-Door (OTD) breakdown for the vehicle—which is listed on their website for $18,497—Kendra told me to "come to my senses" regarding my $22,000 cash budget. Think about that math: I offered $3,500 ABOVE the advertised price in cash, and was told I was being unrealistic.
