My daughter and I have been coming here since we got our previous Hyundai car about five years ago with Christian who very much deserved his promotion! A few years after the first car, we ended up getting a second Elantra from a place far away, but we still come here for our service because of MIKE. He's been consistently welcoming, genuine, patient, caring, warm, professional, and everything else one could ask for in a "customer service" expert. After a few years of being served by Mike, he really feels like a distant relative now! He's always more than reasonable with whatever discounts he can possibly give and listens to all the questions I have as if I were the only customer on his list. Ask for him, and you will feel like Hyundai Service is a mom-and-pop place you've been frequenting for decades. Recently, in addition, I had a chance to get to know three other wonderful gentlemen: Ricardo (service writer), Justin (car technician), and Charbel (salesman). A few times, I had minor but scary issues like low tire pressure or panel screen glitches, and these three professionals took care of me for as long as I needed even though I had stopped by unannounced each time. Always, I leave CardinaleWay Hyundai happier and warmer-hearted than I come in. Just come here for any of your car needs, and I'll bet you won't regret it. Unfortunately, not ALL dealerships are at the same level of service, but CardinaleWay Hyundai continues to impress. (Hyundai cars are the best, anyway!) More
