Always had good experiences here but my last maintenance was a drag in that I had to call back four times to talk to a person. The new AI robot they have couldn’t answer my questions and asked me to leave a was a drag in that I had to call back four times to talk to a person. The new AI robot they have couldn’t answer my questions and asked me to leave a voicemail. I did - three times - and never got a call back. Less importantly, they also stopped offering rides back after dropping off and rides back to pick up. I realize this was a luxury and probably wasn’t in the budget any longer, but it sure was convenient for customers and I miss it. Tighten up your customer service, please. More
