Very DISHONEST company especially dealing with shady sales agents and the manager. I leased an Ioniq 5 from CardinaleWay back in 2023. A couple months before my lease was up, they talked me into trad sales agents and the manager. I leased an Ioniq 5 from CardinaleWay back in 2023. A couple months before my lease was up, they talked me into trading it in for a brand new 2026 model. The selling point? They told me the remaining balance on my old lease would be rolled into the deal and paid off. I took them at their word -- why wouldn't I? It never happened. After buying the new car, Hyundai Finance kept auto-charging my account for a couple months. I called them directly and they basically said "talk to the dealer." So I did. The manager, Andrew, was all over it at first -- told me he'd handle it with Hyundai Finance himself. I even emailed him bank statements showing the charges as proof. Then the radio silence started. Every text after that got the same brush-off: "I'll follow up in the morning." Morning came and went. Again and again. This started May 29th. It's mid-June now. Nothing. No resolution, no real answer. At this point I've just written it off because I'm done wasting time on a company that doesn't care passionately about its customers. But if you're thinking about buying or leasing from CardinaleWay Hyundai -- DON'T!!! Take your money somewhere that actually keeps their word. More
I towed my car 26 miles specifically to avoid the two incompetent dealerships closer to my house. This one turned out to be no different, just farther away. No clear estimate. A condescending attitude that made it clear they view customers as targets, not people. This is not a service department. It is a pressure sales floor with a lift. Saul, the service manager, missed his calling and should be pushing refurbished wrecks to unsuspecting used car shoppers. He’d be a top-seller. On top of that, they set my lights to DRL and killed the battery. Whether sabotage or ineptitude, just another reason to avoid this place. Three Hyundai dealerships. Zero acceptable experiences. At this point, the failure is not location-specific. It is the brand. I have no confidence left in the Hyundai service network whatsoever. More

Mr. Ping Apusaga was awesome! He took every opportunity to answer my questions thoroughly and he was very patient in doing so.
