By far the best service I have received from a dealership. I was going through a major car issue and they took every minute they had to find me the car with everything I wanted. The people in the dealership were very helpful and worked well with me. I have to go back in a couple of weeks to have a few minor repairs and they try very hard to find me a antenna. But they have to order me one. The driver mirror was foggy and someone from maintence came out and cleaned it like new. Steve Krajenke was also a big help. This place was amazing ... Overall things went pretty well during my car buying experience at biddulph Mazda. When it came down to it though this dealer was very reluctant to budge on price and interest rate in order to get the p experience at biddulph Mazda. When it came down to it though this dealer was very reluctant to budge on price and interest rate in order to get the payments where they needed to be however, they finally did budge after some persuasion and we got where we needed to be. Also I was very pleased with the finance department. Upon leaving I though I had a certain interest rate on the car, the very next day I got a call from the finance department saying that they had found me a lower interest rate. This pleased me and made me feel like they actually cared. Overall this was a solid experience. More
