We had dropped off our Mazda 3 for some maintenance and started browsing around looking at the new Mazda 6. Luke came out and greeted us and he was extremely patient and friendly as we started looking over started browsing around looking at the new Mazda 6. Luke came out and greeted us and he was extremely patient and friendly as we started looking over vehicle after vehicle - even though we had told him we were just looking - he never rushed us or seemed to mind at all. Luke let us look over several cars and walked around with us and we even did a test drive. We then asked him to look into the numbers to see about trading in our 3 for the 6 - just out of curiosity. We were expecting some outrageous numbers and to our surprise the hard work of Luke, as well as Bob in finance, everything worked out above our expectations and we drove home with a new Mazda 6! For the last couple years this dealership has been great to go to for new vehicle purchases and for maintenance. I want to thank Carlos - Bob - Luke - John. I originally bought my Mazda 3 from Carlos in 2012 at this dealership - he was awesome! Shortly after I suffered from a rare neurological disease that left me partially handicapped. However, every time I brought in my 3 for service John was outstanding at helping me! The purchase of the Mazda 6 is a HUGE assist with my disability - the blind spot monitoring - the rear camera - this vehicle and this dealership have gone above and beyond all expectations!
