Had purchased an easeycare warranty for 2,000. The AC motor stopped working due to water or condensation backing up inside the AC area. Water actually came through the dash. Took it in for service. Warranty claim denied because it was considered a flood event. The dealership was very surprised that the warranty would not cover the 800 dollar expense. The dealership gave me no breaks and charged me in full. The warranty company is claiming it was an external environmental exclusion not caused by anything to do with the car. Strange. Both made money at the loss to the customer. Poor business practice of both parties. More

If you are looking to buy a new car, this is definitely the place to go. As we got out of the car and walked around for a little while we were so happy that the sales people were not hounding us like they do at other dealerships. For me, this is the worse part about buying a new car. As we headed in from the parking lot we were greeted by a wonderful salesman named Doug Stewart, who was great! Doug answered every question we had, and if he did not know the answer, he found someone who did. I never made it to the Honda dealership that day, however, I did decided to purchase a new car with Doug's help. The customer service Doug provided was top notch and made my decision to buy a Mazda easy. Every employee I came into contact with at Cardinal Way was so nice and helpful.
