Had purchased an easeycare warranty for 2,000. The AC motor stopped working due to water or condensation backing up inside the AC area. Water actually came through the dash. Took it in for service. Warranty claim denied because it was considered a flood event. The dealership was very surprised that the warranty would not cover the 800 dollar expense. The dealership gave me no breaks and charged me in full. The warranty company is claiming it was an external environmental exclusion not caused by anything to do with the car. Strange. Both made money at the loss to the customer. Poor business practice of both parties. More

I have driven Nissan, Toyota, Honda and Domestic products in the past and Mazda is superior by far. 3- They actively communicate with me, even months after my purchase, to make sure my vehicle is suiting my needs and that I am fully satisfied with my car. This dealership provided me with the best experience ive ever had when purchasing a vehicle and we will DEFINITELY be back, probably soon to trade in our Chrysler 200 for a new Mazda3. More

There were a couple of bumps in the purchasing process, but she managed to iron out the wrinkles with finesse. I believe Daisha went above and beyond the typical sales consultant. Between dropping my newly acquired car off forty-five minutes away, and completing the repairs to my satisfaction, Daisha exceeded my expectations in more ways than one. If you are looking to buy a new car, this is definitely the place to go. As my husband and I headed for the Honda dealership last week to test drive a few cars, we noticed the Mazda dealership next door an the place to go. As we got out of the car and walked around for a little while we were so happy that the sales people were not hounding us like they do at other dealerships. For me, this is the worse part about buying a new car. As we headed in from the parking lot we were greeted by a wonderful salesman named Doug Stewart, who was great! Doug answered every question we had, and if he did not know the answer, he found someone who did. I never made it to the Honda dealership that day, however, I did decided to purchase a new car with Doug's help. The customer service Doug provided was top notch and made my decision to buy a Mazda easy. Every employee I came into contact with at Cardinal Way was so nice and helpful. I would recommend this dealership and Doug Stewart if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I called the service department on Saturday to schedule service on our CX-5. Due to an unplanned trip out of town we wanted to have the car serviced before we left town. I REALLY HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH BILL LOHMEYER AS MY SALESMAN. I ACTUALLY BOUGHT A MAZA CX7 FROM HIM ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO. WHEN HE CAME BACK TO CARDINALE WAY HE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE WAS BA MY SALESMAN. I ACTUALLY BOUGHT A MAZA CX7 FROM HIM ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO.
