Greg Cabulsay at Mazda is a standout. He was very enthusiastic and passionate about his job. He delivered a wealth of knowledge and was very friendly. Not pushy at all!!! I am 100% satisfied with this dealership!! I have never had such a positive experience in any dealership before. It all started with Omar my salesman. He took so much time with me. He knew what I wanted by had such a positive experience in any dealership before. It all started with Omar my salesman. He took so much time with me. He knew what I wanted by listening to me and not trying to put me in something that I was not interested in. He showed me two cars and let me test drive them with my mom alone. He let us take the car out alone to test drive. That made me feel very comfortable that he was not going to be pushy. After our drive I told him we needed to think about it and I would get back to him. He never once tried to convince me or bully me into staying. a couple of days passed and Omar contacted me to see if I had given any thought to the car. I appreciated that. I went back a couple of days later to ask more questions and he took the time to show me everything in the car and drive it again. As the days went on several different people contacted me. All of the people that work at this dealership made me feel very comfortable. Omar, Bob, Michael and Daniel the finance guy are amazing people! I think that Daniel spent 2-3 hours with me explaining all the warranties. After all the time I spent with everybody I was given some items of my choice to complete my experience to help me enjoy my brand new car!! I will definitely buy my next car from this dealership!! I went into Cardinale Way about 6 weeks ago to see what was available for a family member. Immediately we were greeted by what most would consider an insincere untrustable sales person. There was almost the feeling of an undercover sting was being filmed at the dealership and they knew nothing of it. We left without a purchase. OK six weeks go by and we decide to go again. We walk in and the same salesman greets us. He stuck his hand out to shake hands and I do not return the greeting. I said " we would like to talk to someone other than you: He looked totally perplexed and said : I am one of the managers here" My response was "OK we would like to talk to someone other than you". Like him being a manager was going to make me say "OK I guess we will deal with you". So we talk with the General sales manager.....at first I thought he is OK. I was wrong he just hides it better than the first salesman. So we do the paperwork and pick out a car. We make a deal. A 2012 mazda 3. Ok a few minutes go by and now it is a 2011 mazda 3....huh ? We are told the car will be detailed, windshield replaced and ready to go on Wednesday. It wasn't.. OK Thursday..it wasn't Friday morning phone rings and they say it will be ready that afternoon. Promised, all scratches touched up, windshield replaced, and the car will be Mazda certified. I stopped by on Thursday afternoon and I am introduced to the service manager by a sales person who is preparing the vehicle. He said .."this car will not be certified: Back I go to the general sales manager again the service manager tells HIM it will not be certified. The General sales manger says "certify it". Now I know I am getting ripped off big time. I walk away shaking my head...now the real underhanded poor business practices kick in. Friday morning I am told they will not be fixing the scratches on the back and trunk. THANK YOU FOR THE FLAT OUT LIE Cardinale way. You had my signature and the xxxx with me. Lied to by the general sales manager, sales person and then I find out the person I was introduced to as the service manager was not a service manager but rather a service advisor...NICE !!!, SO CONGRATULATIONS CARDINALE WAY YOU ROYALLY SCREWED a young couple with a baby on the way just starting out in life...well done. Now since I told them we did not want gap insurance ...here comes lie number 6 0r is it 7 ? "That's the way the deal was written I can not change it" says the finance guy. UMMMMMM Yes you can I tell him ...4 times he says no I can't trying to sell us unneccessary items. He cts like he is calling someone and then poof it is off the contract. Hmm you do the math!!! As soon as things went to untruthful, then progressed to FLAT OUT LYING by at least 4 employees it was comical to watch them tripping over their tongue trying to cover it all up. So we go to pick up the car they tried to screw us out of a second key with the car. They wanted 125 dollars to program the key and 79 dollars for the key itself.....UMMMMMMM NO !!!..They did get a second key when I was obviously done with all of them....too little too late. Quite simply this was the worst car buying experience in 25 years of buying cars. Cardinle way failed miserably in every aspect....STAY AWAY at all costs. LIARS, CHEATS and NOTHING ELSE !!! More
After purchasing a used car at Cardinale Way Mazda, we found ourselves having major mechanical issues with the vehicle. After many, many visits to the service department, I contacted Mark Exposito, Gener found ourselves having major mechanical issues with the vehicle. After many, many visits to the service department, I contacted Mark Exposito, General Manager. I will admit at this point, I was less than happy with this dealership. Mark took time to listen to my concerns, got me a loaner car and took the time to try to help diagnose the issue with the car. After not being able to figure out the issue, Mark offered to unwind our deal on the used car (keep in mind, we'd had it for almost 4 months and it was a 2006 car with 50K miles on it), and work to get us into a new vehicle. Unheard of! Mark and his team helped us find a new 2013 Mazda Speed3, credited us our down payment, a few of the payments we'd made and all of the out of pocket repair costs on the used car we had made. Everyone I tell this story to is dumbfounded that a dealership, who very easily could have said, sucks to be you, buyer beware, enjoy the car with lots of problems, took the time to help us out of what could have been a financial nightmare! So, we highly, highly recommend this dealership. Their integrity and commitment to customer service is like no dealership I have EVER been associated with and I will scream it from the mountains....Cardinale Way Mazda of Peoria was amazing to work with and occasionally I have to pinch myself to believe it actually happened. Then I go out to the garage and look at the beautiful new Mazda out there. Thank you all! More

We recently purchased a Mazda 3 for our daughter. We worked with Bob Lechniak through internet sales. He was extremely helpful to us through every step of the process. As we were not in the Phoenix area, his fairness and sincerity was greatly appreciated. We did experience some problems with the paperwork aspect of the transaction. Michael Woods was very quick to respond and get the situation corrected. Daniel Zrike answered all of our questions and got the corrected paper work overnighted to us. We were very pleased with the manner that the dealership stands behind their customers! I felt that we were respected and valued. I would definitely return to this dealership in the future! More

This is Luke DeLeo here and I am just emailing you to let you know about the service I recieved from the dealership in Peoria. When I first called the dealership I had already spoke to Avondale Mazda about you know about the service I recieved from the dealership in Peoria. When I first called the dealership I had already spoke to Avondale Mazda about a 2014 Mazda CX-5 and had scheduled a testdrive with a man at that dealership. After the testdrive I loved the vehicle and was taking the steps with the paperwork process to buy the vehicle. I then called Michael Wood at Cardinale Way Mazda and he said he would give me the best price and beat anyone's price.. and in doing this he was right. Avondale Mazda quoted me 388 after I already qualified for the 1.9% financing, then I called Michael Wood and he quoted me 379 and like he said he would do.. he beat the price. After the fact the Avondale dealership called and offered to give me the same price and I asked them why they didn't give me the best price to begin with?? The sales director then called and said what if he could give me 370 a month?? I then told him they should have given me the best price in the first place and now the principle of the matter is why I'm going to give my business to Cardinale Way Mazda and Michael Wood! Michael was simply the easiest to work with and I appreciated his honesty with me and the way he does business. I also told him even at my own expense he had earned my business by his honesty and beating the price like he said he would. When I arrived at the dealership Michael was on his day off, but they had the car ready for a testdrive from my wife.. and was greeted by Carlos who was excellent. He helped us and answered all our questions and said if we needed anything at all just give him a call. The bottom line is I wanted you to know about the excellent service I recieved from this dealership in the purchase of our new Mazda CX-5. I will in the future refer all of my friends and family who are in the market for a new mazda to Michael Wood at Cardinale Way! Thanks Michael. More
