The power steering was out on my Mazda RX-8. I was able to easily schedule an appointment with the service department for the next day. Zenus was prepared for me when I arrived to leave my car. He kept me informed of the mechanics findings and the price of repairs. The car was repaired that day and finished when promised. I was only mildly disappointed that the mechanic didn't check out the fluids, tires, brakes, and systems when he had my car in the service pit, and my car wasn't washed. Zenus is very personable. He listens closely and has always resolved immediately any problems I brought to his attention. Besides that, he is likeable and polite.
