Going to Cardinale Way Mazda in Peoria was the first time I'd gone to a dealership in years (I'd bought privately for a while) and I had some trepidation as to the kind of "hard sell" that people often assoc I'd gone to a dealership in years (I'd bought privately for a while) and I had some trepidation as to the kind of "hard sell" that people often associate with car dealerships, especially the used car salesmen. Donny, the general manager of the dealership (I think) was the first person to talk to us and didn't pass us off to a regular salesperson but immediately helped us himself. He was friendly, open, and seemed to be honest. Obviously he wanted to make a sale, but he didn't push us, he didn't make veiled hints of "what can we do to get you in a car today" or any of that awkward stuff. He showed us some cars, talked to us about them, showed us his inventory at the other location, showed us some financing options and when we told him that we weren't ready to buy, he said no problem here's my card, let me know if you need anything. I gave him my name and number and the ONLY TIME I heard from him was when he contacted me to let me know that a certain vehicle I'd been hoping would come in trade-in, had. No repeated emails and phone calls multiple times a day, no "I want your business, when can you stop by." I really was disappointed that we ended up not choosing Mazda in general because I would have loved to buy a car from him. We held every other dealership we went to up to his standard and none of them met it (we went to 15 different dealerships) and because of that we ended up buying privately again. More

Went in with my girlfriend to get hur car and luckly Kim was our Sales Man. We acually had gone to about every dealer on bell rd and none of them had good customer service how Kim did he was very patient wi was our Sales Man. Greg Cabuslay was fantastic with sharing his knowledge and expertise, and showed us many of the car's features and how to operate them. He was very helpful and was better than any salesman we've ever worked with. Josh Haskins found money to help the deal work for us. We financed our car through Mazda Capital Services at a very reasonable rate, but just received a letter that they were lowering our interest rate to 0%!
