I walked on to the lot looking for a new car. I told my salesman what I wanted and he took me directly to the perfect car. I was able to test drive the car on the freeway and on surface roads. Carlos was our first salesperson on our first day of car shopping and he was a welcome face with no pressure and a great personality. We ended up coming back to the dealership the following day and Carlos was with another customer but remembered us immediately. He directed us to another salesperson, Bob, who was just as friendly and laid back. He was honest and cut to the chase with us, no going back and forth changing up the numbers or playing games to trick us into thinking the dealership was "cutting us a deal." We were able to give them our limits and they told us their bottom line and we were able to meet in the middle with no hassle. To make things better, they were very understanding and helpful as we had three little children with us! We definitely recommend this dealership and thank Carlos and Bob for the great experience! From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt very comfortable. Their sales staff was very friendly and helped me find a car that worked for me without pressuring me at all.
