I walked on to the lot looking for a new car. I told my salesman what I wanted and he took me directly to the perfect car. I was able to test drive the car on the freeway and on surface roads. Carlos was our first salesperson on our first day of car shopping and he was a welcome face with no pressure and a great personality. We ended up coming back to the dealership the following day and Carlos was with another customer but remembered us immediately. He directed us to another salesperson, Bob, who was just as friendly and laid back. He was honest and cut to the chase with us, no going back and forth changing up the numbers or playing games to trick us into thinking the dealership was "cutting us a deal." We were able to give them our limits and they told us their bottom line and we were able to meet in the middle with no hassle. To make things better, they were very understanding and helpful as we had three little children with us! We definitely recommend this dealership and thank Carlos and Bob for the great experience! Usually buying a car is dreadful, you think about the pressure you might be faced with and leaving with an unwanted car. This was not the case. Carlos took note of what we were looking for in a car and showed us only those that fell in that criteria or were beneficial to our needs. He was very knowledgeable of each car he presented to us, no pressure at any time. There was a genuine feel that he was there to help us choose the car we would love to take home. Carlos also compared the car prices to the competitors prices. He and the manager, Jonny Sanders were quick, they didn't haggle us, in fact, they worked with us to meet our desired payment amounts. We were soon transferred to Mark who was ready to do paperwork. He was very efficient, paperwork was completed in a very timely manner. We went home with big smiles on our faces and a brand new car. We would definitely come back for another car when the time comes, and we have told all our friends about it. You will not regret going to this dealership. More
