Overall got what I needed. However, invoice texted to me did not match the one presented at the desk. They doubled the price and devices did not match. Mgr override it. All while the vehicle was a certified pre-owned and the first oil change/service was promised to be included with the purchase of the vehicle. Might be the last time I take it there. More

This dealership is the worst to work with by far. Nobody returns a phone call. They are trying to keep my gap insurance coverage check that is supposed to be refunded to me, yet nobody has helped me Nobody returns a phone call. They are trying to keep my gap insurance coverage check that is supposed to be refunded to me, yet nobody has helped me out in six months. I would not buy a vehicle from the dealership ever again. Poor communication skills and all they want is a sale instead of providing some type of customer service. This location is the worst. More
