Found the vehicle online and the customer service is what sold it! Within 10 minutes we negotied our trade in, the price of our new vehicle, financing, and arranged pickup. Extremely easy to work with, when we arrived the van was in tip top condition and parked right up front. No pressure sales...anything we wanted to do or see: NO PROBLEM! Eric's customer service outdid every dealership I contacted (including some very large "family's" of dealerships). What a terrific car buying experience! I was skeptical with a limited credit history that I could get this done, but he would not take no for an answer in finding the right financing for me to put me behind the wheel of this fine vehicle. After working out the particulars and picking up the car, I found a few mechanical issues that Eric bent over backwards for to get rectified immediately. I was highly impressed. I don’t buy anything that’s overpriced and I shop around as long as it takes to get the best deal. So, when we were looking for an Audi A6, I looked for a month or so. We found a car at Carena Motors, but as long as it takes to get the best deal. So, when we were looking for an Audi A6, I looked for a month or so. We found a car at Carena Motors, but I do not live close to them, so I spent a month looking for a better deal before I bought it. So, after I called them, they really assuaged me enough to take the drive to Ohio. I’m glad I did because the car was at least as nice as it was in the pictures. Mechanically it is very sound ( had it checked out when I got home.) Overall a great purchase from a wonderful dealer. More

Without hesitation, they allowed me to drive it to my mechanic, Fuerst Automotive in Broadview Heights (Twinsburg to Broadview heights is drive it. My mechanic told me to buy it. I got a good priced for my trade in and they also got me a loan. I was driving home a few hours after arriving including the mechanic’s inspection.
