First off, we went to look at used cars and it took an hour and a half before they would even let us LOOK at the used cars. It's was very obvious that the general manager was pushing dodge darts on their sales associates. They wouldn't accept the Fact that we didn't want to buy new. Then when we finally did get to the used cars, Bob came out, holding a wooden bat might I add, and when we told him we were going to look at other dealerships rather than buying right then, his exact statement was "we are going to need commitment to you because we're giving you our commitment. Sorry if it sounds rude, but if our sales associate is going to use an hour of their time, we need commitment." I had to stop and ask myself, who's the customer here? Horrible, HORRIBLE experience and we will never return!!!
