Thank You for your feedback, We apologize that you feel your experience with Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC was not to your expectations. All vehicles sold by our dealership meet or exceed PA State Inspection standards, and at no time would an unsafe vehicle be sold to a customer. We take pride in being completely transparent with all vehicle transactions. If your vehicle were not safe for the road at the time of sale, then it would have never been sold to you or anyone else. When you called us about the issues that you were having, we immediately worked with you to try to resolve the issue you were having. We scheduled an appointment for you at a Mitsubishi dealership close to your home for you to have them look over the vehicle. The service manager at that dealership stated the vehicle was not safe to drive and took photos & video to prove it. There is severe curb rash/damage to the surface of the wheel. The other steering/suspension components that were not road worthy also showed signs of damage consistent with an accident. Had any of this visible or physical damage been done to your vehicle then we never would have sold it. Our management has done everything possible to assist you in this matter. Yes there is nothing you can do right now because it is all left up to the courts and the state you sold an unsafe car. There was a huge dent in the fender when we went to pick up the car. You refused to even take the car back. You did not talk well to the service manager as they had it on speaker phone. The car was only taken home by the turnpike and that was 80 miles and the tires on the one side were worn. Nothing was done to the car but taken home and we tried to get in touch with you that day but it was a holiday weekend. Then you did not return any the phone calls for a few days. But I have gotten in touch with the attorney general over the Lemon Law also to Better Business Bureau and also the Pennsylvania State Police for vehicle inspection that should have never passed for as damaged as the car was. You're lucky that no one was killed or you would have had a xxxx of a big lawsuit against you.

I have no need to respond to you. You sold an unsafe car you said that you do so many points inspection on a used car well why wasn't that found and then you put a state inspection sticker on top of that with all your inspections somebody there apparently is not doing their job! Did you ever think about that huge dent in the front fender that was in there that wasn't there the day I went and looked at it? Who else was test driving it might as Jam tune into a curb or a pothole. That damage in the front fender not there when the car was first looked at but then we go to pick up the car and say about it you say well will pay 50% that is not the car I originally looked at damage was done after the first time I saw the car. You could have killed someone with that vehicle and you're xxxx lucky you didn't.
