We brought our daughter to this dealership to look at preowned GMC Terrain. Scott was fantastic to work with and made the car buying experience about our daughter since it was her purchase. It was her f preowned GMC Terrain. Scott was fantastic to work with and made the car buying experience about our daughter since it was her purchase. It was her first purchase as she just turned 18. She was grateful to be treated like an adult and we were happy he treated her as such. He was funny, helpful, answered questions, and really took good care of us. Ryan in the finance department was fantastic, as well. He explained things carefully to her to be sure she understood what her payments would be and the different options she had. Overall, it was a great experience! More

They sold me a unsafe car it passed their inspection took it to my mechanic and another dealership and the front wheel was ready to fall off CV joints bad ball joints bad it was right should have never passe it to my mechanic and another dealership and the front wheel was ready to fall off CV joints bad ball joints bad it was right should have never passed inspection called up the Attorney General using the Lemon Law. Also got in touch with Cumberland County State Police automobile inspection. Telling them of them selling cars and should not even being on the road. I looked at the car and there was nothing wrong with it but then when I went to pick it up there was a dent in the car.. they should they put new tires on the front of it I drove the car a hundred miles and they were shot. I called them up as soon as I got home but it was a holiday weekend and nobody was there then they try to say that I did it and I only drove the car a hundred miles tops. They would not give me my money back they said it had a guarantee on it and warranty and they would not even stand behind that?. I paid extra for a warranty and they were not even let me use it. Stay away from this place. The state police will be going over all their cars here soon that they have inspected and cars that they have sold to see what else they might have pawned off on other people. I could have been killed in the car if the front tires would have fell off. They didn't even want to talk to me when I try to talk to them they recommended the dealer I took it too because I live out of the area and I took it there and they are the ones who said the car was too dangerous to be on the road. Then Carlisle Cadillac dealer told them they weren't going to fix it after they told me they were going to fix it there. It would have cost an estimated $3,000 to fix it. This is a dishonest place I know one thing I sure would not take my car there to get it inspected or any work on it because of a pass this car for inspection who knows what else they've done. More
