I emailed Tom Cornman (New Car Sales Manager) that we were interested in turning in our leased 2018 GMC Acadia and were considering either a GMC Terrain or a Buick Envision. We set up an appointment and when we got there, a new Buick Envision in Expresso Metallic was waiting by the front door for our inspection. Tom introduced us to Tyler Carroll who rode with us on a test drive and who explained all of the car's features. Before the afternoon was over we had finalized a new lease. That is service. More

Thie dealership fixed their mistake of not getting the Pennsylvnaia state inspection done for my car after recently selling it to me. The same goes for an oil change that was not done. People do make mistakes, but it has been redeemed in an expected manner. I personally will not purchase a gasoline vehicle anymore after this Encore, but hopefully Buick will do something within 3-5 years to compete with Tesla, my 90% certain choice for my first electric vehicle, as vehicles are transitioning to a new form. Not to mention the long term economic savings. If Buick and others can start turning into software and service companies, then I believe dealerships will still be able to survive in this shift. As a millennial early adopter of new technology, I hope to see good things with Tesla's competitors, and perhaps I might be surprised if GM shows off great electric vehicles. With my plan on getting solar roofs and battery stories in the future, I sure hope to see industries adapt, else they will likely go out of business. Best of luck to Buick during this transition. TL;DR - service issues missed were promptly fixed and I will only buy electric cars from now on after I pay off this vehicle ASAP as overtime allows. More
