I have received better customer service elsewhere. I got the feeling they could care less if they sold the car or not. Their words “if you don’t buy it, someone else will.” When a customer asks if they can the feeling they could care less if they sold the car or not. Their words “if you don’t buy it, someone else will.” When a customer asks if they can pop out a small dent before selling them a car, they should go out of their way to make it right. Instead they ignored the request and made an excuse that it would be too much trouble to make an appointment and have us come back. I also felt it was very unprofessional for the salesman to share photos of his “new girlfriend” with us on his phone and text while working with us. More
