I went to this dealership set to buy elsewhere, only because my parents/grandparents buy there & I had an appointment with Hunter. I was not sold with either of the first 2 vehicles Hunter showed me, b because my parents/grandparents buy there & I had an appointment with Hunter. I was not sold with either of the first 2 vehicles Hunter showed me, but he did not give up, & found me a 3rd, which I ended up buying! It is obvious that Hunter enjoys selling cars, & his service, as well as everyone else's at the dealership, is a rarity today. Thanks to all involved! More

Real nice salesman Found a great looking truck online late one night and made an inquiry ,supplied my trade in info, and filled out a credit application. Mike S from Found a great looking truck online late one night and made an inquiry ,supplied my trade in info, and filled out a credit application. Mike S from sales called me the next morning to arrange a test drive. I asked if their offer for my trade in was a solid offer, he told me in his experience their offer usually only varies by a few hundred. Drove my trade in down to them, 240 miles one way, only to offered $3.300.00 less than what they emailed me. Sales manager Michael K was not willing to budge on sales price and only offered me another thousand for trade in. Left a deposit , asked them to get me a second set of keys and drove home, sold my trade privately that night and had them arrange financing( got me a good interest rate.). Spoke with Arlin a couple days later to purchase extended service plan, he discounted truck price by $300.00 and told me the truck would have a full tank of fuel. 4 days later made the 240 mile drive back there to pick up truck, completed all paperwork and drove home. Dealer gave me a second set of keys, wish they also gave me a second key fob but they did not. Halfway home low fuel light came on, truck has less than half a tank when I left dealership, fueled up and that is when i noticed the odometer read 3,200 miles more than the paperwork I filled out as well as the mileage they advertised. Emailed Michael and Arlin that night with photos of the odometer, odometer disclosure statement and route of my trip so they could understand the issue and asked them to contact me so the service plan mileage could be updated. 5 days later did not hear from either person so i called Arlin, he did update the service plan with the correct mileage but never was contacted by sales manager. I understand they need to maximize their profit so they could not lower their price and I should of checked the odometer reading and fuel level before I departed, but I am no happy on how after the sale was completed no one contacted me especially when I emailed them to inform them of an issue. Also I feel they should of provided a second key fob especially since I spent $47,000.00 there. More
