Saved by the salesman From the get go, we were given a sense of pressure and urgency from one of the sales managers. My wife and I no sooner stepped out of the car and we were being questioned. While this isn’t a fault in and of itself, I told the gentleman that we were just browsing and didn’t want help yet. He kept refuting me and didn’t want to hear no. After telling him 3 times we didn’t want assistance yet, he walked away visibly upset. And to my dissatisfaction , he ignored my request and STILL sent a salesman to talk to us. The dealership wasn’t willing to budge on price, regardless how much I offered to put down, which isn’t totally damning. What did agitate me is when I was told they have military discount, but it’s a “case by case” discount. And the vehicle I was there for didn’t qualify for the discount. How convenient. The only reason this review isn’t worse is due to my salesman Sydney. She was not pushy, she was honest and easy to talk to, much unlike what I experienced with the rest of the staff. If you employed more people like Sydney, this would be a comfortable dealership to visit. More

They made the process quick, easy, and got the car I wanted! They got the exact truck/features/color I wanted from another one of their locations and they made the process easy after searching for a few weeks ot They got the exact truck/features/color I wanted from another one of their locations and they made the process easy after searching for a few weeks other places. The only thing was a small surprise that tags were a bit higher than I expected and the price moved up slightly higher than what they had said. I didn't argue since I drove 2 hours to get the car and they found the one I wanted. All that being said, everything else was top notch and still enjoyed my experience.
