My car was taken in at the time of my appointment, the waiting room was comfortable, and my car was finished in a good amount of time. For the price, I would have liked to have had it washed like a lot of other dealerships do, but overall I had a very good experience and I really appreciated that no one tried to upsell me on things that my 2 year old car doesn't need.
