Although the waiting area was updated and very nice the customer still has to go up and down steps. Also the service personal would not have to do the steps every time they want to contact you. And at times when people are talking in the hall or show room the sound carries into the waiting area. To move the waiting area to the upstirs would change my over all rating from a four star to a five star, and I think other customers would agree. More
