Great experience I forgot my original appointment. The service department hooked me up and got me set up on Saturday morning for my oil change. They called and recom I forgot my original appointment. The service department hooked me up and got me set up on Saturday morning for my oil change. They called and recommended for state and imission inspection and I agreed they were looking out for me. Awesome job further I did not realize I had automatic start feature and I asked about getting one installed I was told that I already had it. To me it was like Christmas. More

Did not honor rebate and rude staff We made the appointment with Carlisle Buick as a result of a service contract we purchased with them. We had scheduled service along with new tires. W We made the appointment with Carlisle Buick as a result of a service contract we purchased with them. We had scheduled service along with new tires. We knew their prices would be higher but were lured in to have the service and tires replaced with a rebate. When we picked up the car, we asked about the rebate and were told it expired. The expiration date was not mentioned at the time the appointment was made. When we called to complain the service manager told us it was “not her fault” and she had “no control over what employees tell customers”. I cannot recall the manager’s name. We are very disappointed and will not be giving Carlisle Buick any more business. We are also considering returning the service package as it was very costly. More

Actually, we bought vehicles from him years ago when the dealership was known as Graham motors. Everyone was friendly, not pushy, and bent over backwards to make the deal just right. I recommend them to everyone. My whole;e family goes there first when it is time to replace a car. I will continue to tell everyone to check them out first when they are wanting to replace a vehicle.
