There are not many station wagon autos to choose from from the auto manufacturer community but after much reading of auto books I discovered the Buick TourX. Researching that model extensively and deciding that it might satisfy my needs, I reached out to the Dealer network with only two dealerships contacting me. The one dealership just acted like they didn't know much about the car and did not have an interest in bothering to discuss a possible purchase. We never talked specifications or price.At about the same time Jill Baun of Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC responded to my internet request for information. She was interested in learning what I wanted to do and very quickly zeroed in on a particular vehicle they had in stock that was exactly what I had in mind. She invited me to her dealership which was 39 miles from my house to see the vehicle. It was detailed beautifully...made a great appearance...all my questions were answered so I BOUGHT IT ON THE SPOT. I would credit Jill's professional management of this entire process for the sale of this Buick. I would be remiss if I did not mention that she introduced me to her Sales Manager[a great guy]/ the gentleman in the shop who was beautifully preparing the vehicle and who answered several technical questions about the car for me,also a very nice person/ and certainly must include the document prep person who made paperwork look easy..
