I brought my vehicle in for service. They were supposed to rotate my tires which they told me they did and charged me to do it, I traveled approximately an hour to get to Tupelo to have They were supposed to rotate my tires which they told me they did and charged me to do it, I traveled approximately an hour to get to Tupelo to have the work done. I’ve been keeping up with my tires pressures because my back left tire was consistently staying lower than the other three tires. They were all the same brand but three of them were newer than my back left one. when I left the lot I noticed the pressure in my back left tire was still lower than the other three. when I got home I verified that my three newer tires were still in the same place they had been before I had it serviced. I called the service manager who told me he would call me back after he checked it out, but he has never called me back. that was approximately a month ago. now I do not trust them to do the work that they say they are doing. I will not go back there anymore. More

Had to carry my new 2021 titan in for a warranty issue & someone put something in the bed of the truck that scratched the paint. I know it’s a truck but I had not put anything in the bed & only had about 45 someone put something in the bed of the truck that scratched the paint. I know it’s a truck but I had not put anything in the bed & only had about 450 miles on it..Now no one will return my calls or address the issue. The staff was very helpful while I was trying to buy the truck but not so much now. I wish I had done more research before buy from this dealer. More

Dishonest Dealership I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and we agreed to have an item fixed before I purchased it. I tried to get them to fix it before I pur I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and we agreed to have an item fixed before I purchased it. I tried to get them to fix it before I purchased it but they told me that it would not be an issue, that we should go ahead and make the deal. After I purchased the truck, I brought it back 5 times and on the 5th time I was told that they would not be fixing it. They said they had already changed out a part that they agreed to change. Now I have a vehicle that needs work done still, and it will be coming out of my pocket. I would not purchase from this dealership if I were you! More
