I had such an amazing car buying purchase experience with CarMax in Jackson, TN. The ease of having a car I was interested in another state transferred to this location, being able to test drive before I ev CarMax in Jackson, TN. I then had to bring it back because of an issue and even that was a quick fix. The service mechanic was SO dang friendly and explained what it was and answered all my questions. I wasn't treated like a dumb blonde, lol. I can't thank CarMax enough for a wonderful experience. There was NO pressure in the regular car-buying experience. You know, "let me go talk to my manager, I'll be right back" crap. I would've walked out. This is why CarMax is a different way of buying a car. I will totally be a repeat customer when it comes time to get another car, which, will be soon with my kids growing up to driving age. Thank you CarMax for a great experience. More
