Might have a few hiccups until we get to perfection but they try… that’s why since 1998, I have been buying cars from car max, only 2 of my cars were purchased from the shark dealerships just because car max didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for…I have referred friends and family to car max because of the quality and assurance, in one year alone I have purchased 6 cars from carmax, 2 of my own and the other 4 were friends and family that I took personally to carmax to make a purchase.
