I found the one I wanted out of the Corpus Christi area, and it was delivered here. Based on my experience, unlike your typical "use car" dealer, Carmax only has good, reliable, quality vehicles. And even IF there is an issue, they make it right. One of my problems, that I didn't even notice, was spotted by a manager, and he stepped up and had it fixed. I went to carmax after I saw online a truck I wanted. Looked at Carvana, dealerships but just didn’t find what I wanted. Carmax had what I wanted. I did have to pay for shipping on the truck I wanted which kinda sucked but it wasn’t that much and like I said I wanted a specific truck. The shipping did take a few days which is understandable but they had to revalue my trade in because the original offer had expired and ended getting a little less than originally quoted but not by much. Purchase was a breeze. I did go through my own bank because their financing was giving me a high interest so if you have ok credit shop around. Overall I had a great experience. I would recommend Carmax! More
