I had this vehicle shipped from KS to TX. Automated communication through Carmax on progress was good. Once it arrived at our Carmax, Rees picked it up from there. Rees knew what he was doing, all went smoothly. We used outside financing we had setup in advance, as the rates were fare more competitive and made better sense for us. Having the 10-day return option, as well as the 30 day warranty gave us peace of mind if we missed anything. Car is in great shape, well taken care of, not misrepresented at all. Well when I initially took delivery of the vehicle there Were dead bugs still stuck on the front bumper that were never washed off. The vehicle was not cleaned properly. It was three days passed the thirty days when I was finally able to bring you back to the dealership. Salesperson told me that the order was expired.After 30 days. And made no effort to find any kind of resolution. I ended up booking an appointment through the service department to have the seat addressed and the recalibration of my sensors. Was not able to get the cracked corner on the driver's side dashboard and the worn out driver's seat bottom More
