I have now bought a total of 3 cars from Carmax over the last several years. This latest purchase on May 21st. 2026 was for a very clean 2016 Mazda CX-5 Touring with 90000 miles. Detailed very nicely. 11 Days after the purchase, the AC compressor failed. Carmax was booked up on service, so they sent me to Goodyear who replaced the compressor the next day by noon! I was very impressed, and it showed me that Carmax stands by their car warranty. Also they provided a lyft to shuttle me to drop off the car and then to pick it up after repair. Great service. Will buy again when another car is needed. More
