The buying process was awesome! Unfortunately the service I received after finding out I needed new tires on day 2 post purchase was terrible. I was referred to Good year tire service, they were awesome but CarMax had to approve the service. It took about 6 and half hours of waiting on someone to send the approval. I called several times, my husband and Good year service to get approval sent. It took me threatening to return car for someone to send approval! And to add how rude some of the employees were!!!!!! Never will I recommend anyone to do business with them again! More

This was my first experience with Carmax, and I was very pleased with the entire process. From being able to use the app/website to look for the exact vehicle I wanted and then get emails when matches were pleased with the entire process.
