This is the second time that I have purchased a vehicle from CarMax. One was at CarMax in Baton Rouge and this car was from Lafayette. Both of my purchasing experiences have been wonderful. The only negative experience I had was with the detail department, they did a horrible job cleaning it before I received it. Was like they cleaned every piece of glass with a dirty towel, even after asking them to clean it again all I saw was fingerprints and smearing through all the windows and sunroof. More

I know you have your reasons for not letting me go directly to the dealership for questions.But nonetheless , it worked out beautifully for us.
