My experience with the Kenner Carmax was good. My salesperson and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I find with Carmax as a whole is the transfer fees. If a customer ends up not purchasing the vehicle then I can understand the transfer fees being the customer’s responsibility. However, if the customer does purchase the vehicle, as I did, then I think Carmax should apply that fee to the purchase of the car. Carmax is a huge business that can absorb the transfer fees for paying customers. They’re making money from the sale of the vehicles anyway. This is something Carmax should really consider changing.
