Ordered our durango from out of state, had it shipped to the shreveport location. Got there to pick it up, it had been damaged in transit. Had to have paint and body work done. Found multiple things broken the shreveport location. Got there to pick it up, it had been damaged in transit. Had to have paint and body work done. Found multiple things broken in it that shouldn't have been. Got it back from body shop had stuff on windows that had to be buffed off. Called and wanted to know what happened and got laughed at by the girl on the phone. Stating it was nothing to worry about someone spilled something on it. If it was not for the managers there I would have not excepted the vehicle and got my money back. They worked hard to make it right but this was way to much of a problem. It shoild have never gotten to that point but they did make it all right in the end. More

This will be my first and last purchase from Carmax! I had my own financing but they pushed theirs through without my consent!!
