Bought a 2018 Tahoe from Zach at Carnova. Their mechanic said the vehicle was solid. My independent inspection disagreed. The inspection found a fuel-system fault with an estimated repair cost of roughly $2,500. When I confronted Zach he disagreed and stood behind his mechanic. They offered $1,300 and acted offended that I questioned their mechanic at all. Apparently "trust us" was supposed to outweigh an actual inspection report. What really completed the experience was watching their lot attendant accelerate hard out of the parking lot to get gas as it was on enpty which may have created the damage. Confidence inspiring. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE AND GET A 40 POINT INSPECTION FROM TRUST AUTO DOWN THE STREET IF YOU DO. More
