Since Carolina Motor Cars has found out that I have contacted several agencies to report their business practices, they have contacted BMW and have tried to have my manufactures warranty voided because at point of sale i asked them to install my vortex fuel saver from my trade to the new vehicle. Who wants to buy a car from a dealer that call the manufacture to have your warranty that they sold you voided?? Carolina Motor Cars has taken this to a whole new level.

Looks like Carolina Motor Cars had a bunch of their frineds write reviews to conteract this review. There were none on here before I wrote mine. I have since had my car inspected by a bmw specialist (Pinnical)and there are after market parts on my vehicle and there were more than just some plastic replaced and a wheel remanufactered as I was told by Mike in sales. The nose and the left front fender are not BMW OEM and are therefore not under warranty either. There were support bars undernieth ( i don't know what they are called but I was shown 4 or 5 peices under the vehicle that were replaced and a few more that still needed to be. Johnson Auto Body. The body shop I brought it to laughed at me and couldn't believe I bought a car that was 2 different colors. They said 500-700 bucks to make it right. The short fender was twisted to try to make it fit and now cant be adjusted to fit properly. We decided to leave it on and just paint it the same color as the rest of the car and provide support hardware as it was just sitting in place waiting to blow off the next time i hit 75mph on the highway. Carolina Motor Cars at one time said that they would pay for 1/2 of the repairs to make the car right when I brought it in for them to see now won't respond to any attempts of communication. They insist that I have my lawyer contact them. Just Tires Knightdale in an attempt to address the headrest shake at 30 mph discovers that two rims are bent and that one tire has so little tread that there is no way it could have passed inspection on the delivery date based on the miles that i have put on it. Its been in the shop at least one day every week. Leith BMW after replace both the intake and exaust cam shafts and vanos has finally given her a clean bill of health. They basically rebuilt the entire motor for me and to BMW and Leith i am forever gratefull. So off to buy new rims and tires, because I have to on my new car from Carolina Motor Cars. I don't care howmany of their friends write in I would highly recommend not letting your emotion get the better of you. Now they profess that you can take your car and have it checked out. DO IT, see for yourself what kind of vehicles they are trying to convince you to buy. Ask for the car fax. ONLY ACCEPT A CERTIFIED CAR FAX NOT SOME ADD THEY HAVE ON THE INTERNET. Pay to have a professional test drive and inspect your car, where ever you buy it. Be prepaired to wait for the car you want. Negotiate Price, I thought I was getting a fair deal so I took the dealer price. Had they just discounted the price of the car a few hundred bucks it would have been so much easier to overlook the hassle of having my car in the shop every week. GET ANY AND ALL PROMISES IN WRITING. THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A SHEET AT THE END SAYING THEY PROMISE NOTHING AFTER THE SALE. Thats the sheet that make them legally responsible for any promises they may make. Otherwise you'll be SOL.

So, I have found out that both wheels on the right side opposite the accident were bent, one beyond repair and one of my tire was worn so badly that there was no way it passed state inspection per Just Tires when it was delivered. Now lieing to your customer about an accident is not against the law in NC, but delivering a car with a state inspection sticker when it does not pass is. I have DMV looking into this!
