Had a terrible experience trying to get the computer codes from my transmission. Very little explanation about what the codes were I'm supposed to just take their word for it that I need a brand new tra codes from my transmission. Really poor communication from the liaison person that was communicating with me throughout the day. And just found out yesterday that although I have been to the dealership twice to have my oil change this year and my tires rotated evidently they didn't look at my air filter? Because I had someone else ticket and it was beyond filthy. I just thought that was something that they always did. I tried to talk to the service manager just now and he informed me that he disagreed with me. When I tell you that your communication is not clear then that's my point of view and it's very true for me. There's nothing to agree or disagree about. If the customer doesn't get their questions answered then that means there's poor communication and it's not like I didn't try to ask. So yeah I would never go back to this dealership for anything. I was referred to Frank Poppa and he was very patient with me. It took me some time to make an effort to get to Carolina Nissan but it was worth it. He was more optimistic than I was.
