After the oil change was done the tech left the bottom flap under the car un bolted. It was very disconcerting how they left our vehicle open to damage. I texted the manager but never heard back. I came in for a routine oil change, and one of my headlights was working at the time of my appointment. Immediately after leaving, I stopped for gas right around the corner and noticed the headlight headlights was working at the time of my appointment. I returned to the dealership right away, but was completely overlooked and received no meaningful assistance. While I understand that issues can happen, what was most frustrating was the lack of accountability and basic customer service. I expected a much higher level of responsiveness and care, especially given how quickly I returned after the service. This experience left me very disappointed. More
Did not have a good experience! I had to return not once but twice to have codes removed from my dash board. One code was just a tire warning but the other one that appeared just as I had to return not once but twice to have codes removed from my dash board. I also had an email warning from Nissan about an emission control system malfunction??? I sent a text and got no response. I also called and was told they would call me back after they checked into my concerns. I never got a call back! More

My appointment was oil change etc. You took it upon yourself to do the recall. I had to wait 3 hours without anyone telling me what was going on.
