I think when a service advisor is out sick that should not hold my car hostage for over 10 days when literally nothing was done except reset the warning light and a test drive. I asked on line if a specific car was on the lot & they said yes, when can you come in to test drive it ? I said 1 hr & was there in 1 hour ! But the car was 1 1/2 hours away ! They told me in the show roo said yes, when can you come in to test drive it ? I said 1 hr & was there in 1 hour ! But the car was 1 1/2 hours away ! They told me in the show room that they would only bring it to their showroom if I signed paper work on it & promised to purchase it ! xx…. I will never shop there again. I called a second dealer & asked if they had a car on the lot & to my amazement it was there & I purchased it ! Wow, who can you trust ! More
