I have bought multiple cars from all of the carousel dealerships in town and they all have always been a good experience. When we first got there no one came out and hounded us. Justin asked us what we were looking at. He was helping another customer, but got us the keys and sent us for a test drive. Carousel pre-owned was a nightmare to work with. Jordan sold me a used car that he knew sounded terrible and tried to play it off to me. My friend even said it sounded wrong and he shrugged it off w Jordan sold me a used car that he knew sounded terrible and tried to play it off to me. My friend even said it sounded wrong and he shrugged it off with a "that's how all 4-cylinders sound". ...they do not. I drove off the lot and it overheated the second I hit the highway. I sat stranded on the side of the highway, while Jordan lied to me that he had no idea it was bad. He then tried selling me a car with a slipping transmission, and then the car I settled on is now having belt issues. He also said they would fix the chip in my windshield that was there when I bought the car, and then when I called to have it fixed, he said there was "no money in the budget for it." Then lied again and said "safelight will fix it for you for like $25" while I was on the phone with him, I checked and they would fix it for over $100. So then he lied and told me his glass guy would fix it and they (Carousel) would pay part of the fee to fix it. The day I brought it up there, I was stuck with the whole bill, because shocker, Jordan lied about that too. He has done nothing but lie to me about everything, DO NOT WORK WITH JORDAN or any of the carousel pre-owned salesmen. More
