Well, I am not sure how I feel about both my ratings expected services. I needed my suv brand new accelerator readjusted after less than a month since I purchased and serviced it there and was told that expected services. I needed my suv brand new accelerator readjusted after less than a month since I purchased and serviced it there and was told that I would have to come back another time since they didn’t have a technician that could fix it on site. Because I had taken time away from my job and really didn’t need to change my oil and filter. I just went ahead and replaced it and a couple of very expensive light bulbs including labor and ordered a radiator replacement cap that I could of purchased for half the price being offered at your parts department and which wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered and wasn’t given a delivery date either. And on top of the expensive services, they didn’t even offer to vacuum or a free car wash as some other dealership like Mazda does. Another thing I noticed after I left the store, is that my car is now giving me a hard start. So, why I didn’t take the car back or call? I was already running late for work and today happens to be Thanksgiving day. Not to thrilled. More
