You know you are you dealing with an honest service center when you tell them your fan for air and heat isn't working, leave it to be fixed and they call and tell you that it worked fine when they star center when you tell them your fan for air and heat isn't working, leave it to be fixed and they call and tell you that it worked fine when they started up the car. They attempted a variety of things to make sure it wouldn't stop and that it would continue to work. Then you go to pick up the car and there is no charge even though they spent time looking for the problem. They also reminded to be sure to stop in if it goes off again!
